These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.
Eligibility to use this website
WOWCamera does not sell products for purchase to individuals under the age of 16. Users between the ages of 16-18 may use wowcamera.com under the supervision of a parent or guardian. WOWCamera holds the right to refuse or cancel orders, and/or terminate accounts at their sole discretion.
WOWCamera owns the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is only allowed with the express consent of WOWCamera.
You may create hyperlinks to the WOWCamera homepage and any product pages provided this link does not represent WOWCamera or its products and services in a false, misleading or derogatory manner. You may only use the WOWCamera logo or any other proprietary graphic with the express written consent of WOWCamera.
While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the WOWCamera website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with WOWCamera. WOWCamera must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received, WOWCamera will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. This confirmation email constitutes an offer from you to us and no contract is entered at this point.
An acceptance of your offer will be confirmed by WOWCamera at the time when we send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. This is known as the Dispatch Email and this Dispatch Email will form part of the sale contract between you and us.
WOWCamera accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta via Paypal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion if applicable.
Please note that WOWCamera will not store your card details under the PCI Compliance Act.
Availability of Goods You Order
If WOWCamera has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible. WOWCamera will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. WOWCamera will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but promotional stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimize disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a 1-2 hours.
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
Our orders are processed within 24hours after the orders have successfully passed the security checks and are sent via insured and track able delivery service via DHL, UPS, Royal Mail or other reputable couriers.
The value of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery company and service you will be offered. Depending on the methods used the timescale of delivery can take up to 8 days, although it is often sooner. For more accurate timescales visit the individual product page to see the expected delivery time. Please note, that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
WOWCamera will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and WOWCamera shall not be liable for any business losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date and goods availability.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
WOWCamera shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
We abide by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. As a result, it is our responsibility to sell goods which are:
• ‘As described’, meaning the actual product must match any description(s) given to the customer before purchase by which the goods are identified.
• ‘Of satisfactory quality’, that is they are of a standard that would reasonably be expected taking into consideration the price paid and description. In appropriate circumstances the quality of the goods will include freedom from minor defects, durability, safety, and appearance and finish.
• ‘Fit for all purposes’ made known to the seller at the time of purchase
if goods turn out to not fulfil any of these criteria, you have the right to demand a refund, and should inform us of their issue within 30 days from the receipt of the goods. The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides that the customer is not eligible for a refund if the goods have been ‘accepted’, whereby:
• You inform us that the goods are accepted;
• You do something to or with the goods which prevents returning the goods back in their original state, such as altering, consuming or damaging them;
• You keep the goods for 30 days without rejecting them.
Once 30 days have passed from receiving the goods, you do not automatically have the right to a refund, although in special circumstance we may still provide a refund. You do, however, have the right to a repair or replacement.
Your right to a repair or replacement lasts up to 6 years from the date of receiving the goods, provided the goods were faulty at the time of receipt.
If a fault is found within the first six months, we have one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty goods. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we will offer you a choice between a full refund OR a price reduction if the goods are kept by the customer, without deducting any amount for use.
Further, we also abide by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which relate to buying online in the UK. Under these regulations, your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts from the moment an order is placed and ends 14 days from receipt of goods. If an order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when the last batch of goods are received. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
We will refund you within 14 days of either the getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. We will also refund the cost of getting the goods to you in the first place.
Please contact us at [email protected] to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We ask that you package the returned goods securely, including all original packaging and accessories. For your protection, it is advisable to return the product to us via a recorded and track able service.
Please note that we will bear the cost of returning the goods. Please provide us the receipt within the returned parcel or email us the receipt after the returned parcel has been sent.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order by notifying us in writing. You can cancel an order by following the links on the WOWCamera website or email to [email protected] with your order number and intention of cancelling.
WOWCamera warranty periods will depend on the brand of product purchased. For a detailed list, please visit our Warranty page by clicking here.
We always try our best to action a warranty repair as soon as possible, and hence we carefully select our authorised repair centers. However, please note that it may take up to 28 working days should specific parts need to be ordered to complete the repair.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the WOWCamera website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by UK law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Changes to This Agreement
WOWCamera reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. By continuous use of this site you are deemed to accept and agree to all terms outlined on these terms and conditions.
If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
