A: Yes, we only offer brand new products for

Q: What is the difference between an EU and UK
version?
A: To provide savings to our customers we
often supply import or EU stock, especially for smartphone products. Usually this means
exactly the same warranty terms as a UK version, and this will be made clear on
each individual product page. The product hardware itself has no difference and
if there is a 2-pin EU plug, we will also provide a free 3-pin UK plug.
Q: What does "SIM-Free" mean?
A: It means the phone is not linked/locked to
any existing network providers. Customers are free to use any SIM cards from
any network providers.
Q: Is the phone dual SIM or single SIM?
A: Dual SIM phones will be described as such
on the product page itself. Where it is not mentioned, the product will be
single SIM.
Q: Can a SIM-Free phone be used in other
countries?
A: All of the smartphones we sell are SIM-Free
or Unlocked and can therefore be used without network restrictions on any
network providers across the UK, EU, and the majority of the world. However,
there may be a small number of countries that operate certain network bands
that are not supported. If you want to check whether the smartphone you’re
interested in can be used in a certain country, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll check
for you.

A: Warranty length depends on the category of
product and brand. In almost all situations, warranty work is carried out in

Q: What types of the payment method are
accepted by WOWCamera?
A: We use PayPal as our payment gateway
partner, via which we can accept all major credit and debit cards alongside
using your PayPal account if you have one. We operate PayPal’s Buyer Protection
program to give customers extra peace of mind.

A: It’s easy! You even have the option

Q: Where does WOWCamera dispatch its products
from?
A: We have warehouses in UK, Luxembourg and Netherlands. Depending on where stock is kept, your order could be dispatched from any of these facilities, or in some instances we may utilize our vendor's distribution port to ship direct to you. Regardless of dispatch location, there are no extra or hidden charges involved, aside from the listed price online.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Once we receive the order, we will process
it before passing it on to our logistics team. Typically, orders will be
dispatched within 3 working days, however we try to accurately reflect dispatch
times directly on the product page as it also depends on which of our
warehouses the stock is kept. All orders over £50 will be dispatched with a
tracking number which we will supply you with.
Q: What couriers are typically use?
A: At present we are using DPD, DHL and UPS as
our trusted courier partners.
Q: Are international orders accepted?
A: Currently we only accept UK orders on WOWCamera.com.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. We offer free UK delivery for all orders
over £50.
Q: Would I need to pay customs fees?
A: No, this is never the case. All prices
shown on our website are the final delivered prices.

Q: How can I cancel the order?
A: The easiest option would be to send an
email to [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
Q: How to make return an order?
A: If the product has been shipped and you’ve
changed your mind, please refuse the parcel when the courier attempts delivery.
This will then be returned back to us. If you have received the product, please
don’t open the seal or box and contact us via email at [email protected], we will provide
you an RMA form and all the information you need to return the item.
Q: What if the product I received is damaged
or not working?
A: For an item that arrives damaged, please
take some photos and send an email
to [email protected] as soon as
the order is delivered. If the item is defective, then use the same email to
describe the issue you’re experiencing. We’ll get back to you with all the
information you need.
Q: If the parcel is lost by the courier, what
happens next?
A: In the incredibly unlikely event that a
parcel appears lost by a courier, we will need to open an investigation with
the courier to get confirmation in writing from them that it is indeed a loss.
Once that investigation is completed you will be able to choose between getting
a replacement product or a full refund.
